Where are you located exactly?

Our address is 92 South West Terrace, Morgan. If you are entering from the Morgan township, look for the building on your right as you head down the hill towards the ferry. We have a 2-storey cream-coloured building with an accessible check-in lane.

If you are coming off the ferry, our entrance is 10 metres on from Oval Rd. Please head towards our check-in lane.

What are your opening hours?

Our reception and kiosk are open from 8am to 6pm, 7-days a week. If you require emergency accommodation outside of these hours, we have a night bell at the front door.

What happens if we arrive outside kiosk operating hours?

We understand that travelling and other commitments can affect your ability to arrive within reception hours. If this is the case, please call reception to arrange a key and map collection point for your stay (if the fee has already been paid in full).

Can I get in without a booking?

Yes—but please also understand that we cannot provide an option if we are at full capacity. During peak periods, we strongly suggest booking in advance to confirm availability.

Do you allow pets at your park?

Of course, we even have a pet-friendly cabin! We love animals, so your furry companion is most welcome. We only ask that they remain on a leash at all times, that you pick up after them, noise is kept to a minimum and that if you leave the site, they leave with you.

We ask that everyone respects our small pet policy to ensure all our guests and furry friends enjoy their stay! View our Pet Friendly Cabin Terms & Conditions.

Do you have drive through sites & sites big enough to stay connected/suit large motorhomes?

Yes! Our sites will accommodate your vans, motor homes, trailers and coach line buses! Our main sites average around 17m long and 8m wide (55 feet long and 26 feet wide). We even have a few sites that reach 19m x 8m! While we cannot guarantee a clear drive-through, we can ensure a large majority of the time you will be able to stay connected. If reversing is proving a challenge, we are more than happy to help you get on your sites —please don’t be too shy to ask!

Are you on the river?

All of our un-powered sites are pure waterfront. After the 1974 flood there was a levy bank built to protect the main park area, but our lovely Murray River banks are still a short 50m walk to the waters edge.

Do we accept group bookings?

Yes – we specialise in Caravan & camping clubs!

Do you have check in/check out times?

All cabins have check-in times from 2 pm, check out by 10 am. Powered & unpowered sites are the same, if you don`t require a specific site we will certainly be able to accommodate you at any time (outside heavy peak/public holidays, please be mindful that lawn needs care, so you may not be able to come in earlier on a specific site as it may need to be watered, mowed or rested. Please phone our friendly staff in reception to check before arriving if you be sure.

Do you provide late check outs?

Yes, we do! This will need to be arranged with reception prior to your stay. Please be mindful that this option may not be available during peak periods due to other bookings.

Do you have a Dump Point?

Yes—our dump point is located near the men’s amenities block.

Do you have free wifi in your park?

The Mid Murray Council have a great WIFI system that is very close to the park. Your internet access will depend on how well your device picks up the connection. We have a lovely grassed area at the front of our park that will allow you to use this free for 1 hour a day.

What is included in linen packs & why does it have to be hired?

All of our ensuite cabins have linen inclusive. This includes a bed sheet, flat sheet, quilt, pillows and towels for 2 guests. Single linen hire is available for all bunks, and linen can be hired for our standard cabins. We keep linen for the standard cabins optional as a lot of guests prefer to bring their own bedding for budget purposes. Otherwise, we are more than happy to make sure bedrooms are fully equipped before your arrival. A hire charge applies because all linen requires commercial cleaning by a third party. This small fee only covers cleaning costs.

Are fires permitted in your park?

We do not allow fires in the park—this includes any heating source used outside of general cooking. We are currently working on providing an appropriate fire area which meets our safety standards. Anyone who breaks our fire rules will be asked to leave the grounds immediately.

Do your prices change during peak periods?

Yes, we do have peak periods where additional charges may apply. For more information please contact reception or send us a message directly.
